1. About Vibeworker

Vibeworker is an Upwork job alert and scoring service operated by Voyager App Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The service monitors Upwork job postings and delivers personalised, AI-ranked alerts to help freelancers identify relevant opportunities faster.

Vibeworker is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Upwork Inc. Upwork is a registered trademark of Upwork Inc.

2. Subscription Terms

• ▹ Vibeworker costs $99 per month after a 7-day free trial.
• ▹ Your free trial begins when you create an account and enter payment details. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• ▹ After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• ▹ You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• ▹ We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Vibeworker is a tool, not an employment service. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in job wins, proposals, interviews, income, or any specific business outcome. Job quality, client behaviour, and competitive dynamics on Upwork are entirely outside our control.

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information or alert provided.

4. No Affiliation with Upwork

Vibeworker is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Upwork Inc. Use of Vibeworker does not violate Upwork's Terms of Service as we operate as a notification and scoring layer on top of publicly available job data; however, users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Upwork's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Vibeworker, you agree not to:

• ▹ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs to third parties.
• ▹ Use the service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect Upwork job data for purposes other than your own job searching.
• ▹ Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the service.
• ▹ Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Vibeworker interface in an abusive manner.
• ▹ Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyager App Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Vibeworker — including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voyager App Studio LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
